A few things researchers should note before visiting the Bland Research Center at the Morgan History Center.
No pens or other marking materials are allowed. We’ll supply pencils and scratch paper upon request.
The items you use are one-of-a-kind and cannot be replaced, so please treat them accordingly. Our staff reserves the right to deny access to anyone who damages archival materials or research resources.
To view items in storage, an appointment is required. If you arrive without one, we can’t promise staff will be able to pull items for you.
TCHS also offers a paid Research Request service if you’d like our staff to conduct research for you. Because of the volume of requests we receive, we ask that you complete a research request form for in-depth research on a specific topic.
